TicketBird Bot - Commands

Below is full documentation on TicketBird commands.


This documentation includes the command, acceptable arguments, an example, and an explanation for each and every command TicketBird has to offer.

Since many commands have sub-commands and functions, this page will be split into sections for each.

=project commands

Command Acceptable Arguments Example Description
=project add =project add [projectName] [prefix] =project add MyProject MP Adds a "project" that tickets can reference. The prefix will become part of the ticket channel's name.
=project remove =project remove [ProjectName] =project remove MyProject Removes a "project" from TicketBirds. New tickets cannot reference this "project" anymore. Existing tickets are not effected.
=project list =project list =project list Lists all "Projects" that are currently in TicketBird for your server.
=project toggle =project toggle =project toggle Toggles whether or not to use projects to aid with sorting tickets.

=ticketbird =ticketbird =ticketbird Displays TicketBird's bot information
=ticketbird settings =ticketbird settings =ticketbird settings Displays the guild's settings for TicketBird (like prefix)
=ticketbird prefix =ticketbird prefix [prefix] =ticketbird prefix $ Changes TicketBird's prefix. Mentioning TicketBird will always work no matter the prefix
=ticketbird lang =ticketbird lang [language] =ticketbird lang english Set's TicketBird's language
=ticketbird invite =ticketbird invite =ticketbird invite Displays the invite link to TicketBird's Support Guild.
=ticketbird staff add =ticketbird staff add [username] =ticketbird staff add NovaFox161 Removes the user from the TicketBird "staff". Their responses will move the ticket to the "Responded to" category.
=ticketbird staff remove =ticketbird staff remove [username] =ticketbird staff remove NovaFox161 Removes the user from the TicketBird "staff". Their responses will no longer move the ticket to the "Responded to" category.

=close =close =close Closes the ticket
=hold =hold =hold Places the ticket on hold until a staff member can assist with it. Tickets on hold will not be auto closed for inactivity
=help =help (command) (sub-command) =help event create Displays help information for the specified commands/sub commands
